Administrative Assistant
Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc., a seismic consulting company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Snellville, Georgia location.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to our Regional Manager and field technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Regional manager, field technicians and other offices while providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
- Assisting in the preparation of documents and reports
- Filing electronic and hard copy documents
- Assists in completing administrative office projects
- Creating and editing documents in MS Word and Excel
- General office duties, such as copying, scanning, mailing
Your Background and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required
- Prior experience in engineering and/or construction a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
