Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc., a seismic consulting company is searching for a Staff Accountant to join our team at our Glasgow, Kentucky location.
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer with various accounting tasks, including, but not limited to, preparing financial statements, reconciling back accounts, providing support for various accounting projects and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Compensation is based on experience. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with the monthly preparation of financial statements
- Prepare journal entries for month end closing
- Review and management of expense reports
- Provide support with various projects, such as cost accounting
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
